NOMOGAP is a small, new online store. We sell 6 ft faux olive trees and handwoven willow baskets to set them in.
NOMOGAP is operated by NOMOGAP GLOBAL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We run the store from Vietnam.
What we sell
Our faux olive trees are artificial plants, not live plants. Each tree is about 6 ft (72 in) tall and about 33 in across, with dense leaves and faux olive fruits. It comes pre-potted in a black pot. The branches are numbered, so you can attach them and shape the tree when it arrives. No watering needed.
Our willow baskets are handwoven, have a plastic liner, and come in Natural or Brown.
Before choosing our tree, we read reviews of faux olive trees sold online and compared two 6 ft olive trees. We chose the fuller one.
How your order gets to you
Our products are made and shipped by independent suppliers and fulfillment partners, directly from their warehouses. We remain the seller of everything you buy from us, and we handle your order, returns, and refunds.
- Faux olive trees and willow baskets ship from a US warehouse and arrive in about 4–8 business days.
- A tree and its basket usually ship in separate boxes and may arrive on different days.
- When each package ships, we email you its tracking number.
"Ships from a US warehouse" tells you where an item ships from. It does not mean the item was made in the United States.
Packages may show a partner's name or return address instead of ours. That address is not a returns address, so please contact us before sending anything back.

What you can count on
- Free shipping on all orders. We ship to the 48 contiguous US states + Washington, DC only.
- Our Damage-Free Guarantee. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, or an item is missing from your order, email support@nomogap.com within 7 days from delivery. A photo is required, and you do not need to return the item. Once we confirm the problem, you choose a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.
- A heads-up if we're running late. If we cannot ship an item within our stated processing time, we email you before that time runs out, and you can cancel the delayed item for a full refund.
- We're responsible until delivery. If a package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund you, as described in our Shipping Policy.
- 30 days to change your mind. You can ask to return an unused item within 30 days from delivery. Contact us first for a return address. You pay return shipping. The return address may be outside the United States, and a large tree can be costly to ship back.
- Refunds within 7 business days of approval. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. We will not give store credit in place of your refund unless you ask for store credit.
- No made-up urgency or reviews. You won't see fake reviews, fake countdown timers, or invented "only 2 left" messages here.
